Return Policy
Deposits on custom-made jewelry are not refundable. We do not accept exchanges or give credit on custom-made or specially ordered jewelry. Unworn stock merchandise that is returned in new condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase. A store credit will be given on unworn stock merchandise that is returned in new condition within 7-14 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
