How to Place an Order

We know how important your jewelry purchase is to you. Whether we are creating something new or shipping a piece of jewelry from our inventory, we take special care getting your order correct. Simply call, email or fax your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, money orders, and cash. If you are charging your order please call us with your credit card number and address. We ship your jewelry via Fed Ex or USPS with insurance.

If you need a jewelry evaluation for insurance we can create that for you in house or have an independent Graduate Gemologist create a report for you for a small fee. If we are redesigning your jewelry and you supply the diamonds or gems, we will have an independent Graduate Gemologist appraise the jewelry.

Proper ring sizing is important for a comfortable fit. If you do not know your ring size, we can send you a ring sizer.
